Ujicha Matcha Refund & Return Policy

At Ujicha Matcha, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality matcha products and accessories. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Refunds
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the perishable nature of our matcha, hojicha, and other powders, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for these items.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we will exchange the damaged item(s) for the same product, subject to availability. Please see the instructions below for initiating an exchange.
Returns for Accessories
- Eligible Items: Only unopened and unused tea accessories, such as scoops and whisks, are eligible for return.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Process:
- Email us at support@ujichamatcha.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund for the item’s value minus the return label fee. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Damaged Items
- Eligibility for Exchange: If an item arrives damaged, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
- How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at support@ujichamatcha.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
- Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and send you a replacement, subject to availability.
Additional Information
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Store Credit: If a replacement is unavailable, store credit for the item’s value will be issued, valid for 6 months from the issuance date.
Return to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we will process a refund for the order minus the original shipping fee we incurred. This deduction applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
If you would like the package re-shipped, a new shipping fee will need to be paid. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order to avoid delays and additional charges.
