There are two ways to prepare Matcha "Thin Tea" and "Thick Tea", both ways definitely showcase the chams of our matcha. Since "Seikan no Shiro" Â is a Thin grade matcha, We recommend preparing it as such. It has a slight sweetness, along with an umami taste.
